The negative energy generated by our thoughts, emotions, life experiences, and ancestral influences accumulates in our chakras and aura and disrupts the flow through our bodies. This weakens and reduces the flow of healthy energy into the body. This dis-ease comes into the spiritual body first and then manifests as physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual illness.

Spiritual Mentoring
A spiritual mentor is someone who holds space for you to do your deep work to ultimately live the life you’ve always wanted. I use a deeper, more holistic approach to work through the layers of your life that no longer serve you.
Guided Meditation w/Reiki
I offer individual sessions to assist you with learning how to meditate. I also offer a small class of no more than four people so everyone will have their own space to lie comfortably on the floor with soft music playing in the background.
Ogham Intuitive Divination
Ogham is a divination system like Oracle or Tarot cards or runes that is also a system of writing used by the ancient Celts known as Druids. By using Ogham Divination, you can gain insight and understanding into your own life. Each Ogham letter stands for a type of tree, and the characteristics of that tree grant the Ogham its insights into human nature.
Classes
I offer individual classes to learn how to work with a pendulum and crystal grids. There are many methods to dowsing and a pendulum is a fun tool you can use to get answers to questions. Crystal grids are a compelling and beautiful way to manifest your dreams, goals, and intentions.
Reiki Certification
There are three levels of Reiki certification that can be attained, and these are centered on the attunement or empowerment process, combined with education and practice.
