GROUP GUIDED MEDITATION W/REIKI
Duration: 60 minutes

This is a small class of no more than four people so everyone will have their own space to lie comfortably on the floor with soft music playing in the background.
No prior experience with guided meditation or meditation is needed. All you need to do is follow along as I show you through a visualization exercise to help relax your body and mind. Most importantly, you will breathe in, hold, and slowly release your breath. I'll pause the guided meditation and flow Reiki into the room then conclude the session by resuming the guided meditation to slowly bring you back.
Please bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow; or anything you need to be comfortable on the floor or you may use my treatment table if you are not comfortable on the floor.

Reiki Certification
Learn Reiki the Traditional Way
I offer Reiki I, II, and Master training based on more traditional methods of teaching. This Reiki training is centered on the attunement or empowerment process, combined with education and practice. The Reiki attunement is what makes Reiki unique to other forms of touch and energy work. This ceremony, called Reiju (Ray-joo in Japanese), is performed by the Reiki Master Teacher and opens and expands the main energy channels of the student's body, allowing universal energy, also known as Qi/Chi/Ki, to flow more freely and deeply.
Because of this opening process, the attunement also does what Reiki is meant to do - clear blockages. As a result, this can create significant energy changes within the individual, and many will undergo an intense period of self-growth.

REIKI I: FIRST DEGREE
Duration: Half-Day Intensive (3-4 hour class) plus three weekly classes (1-2 hours each)

Reiki I: First Degree is easy to learn and is open to anyone who has a desire to learn this ancient hands-on technique. This class is a mixture of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on instruction with ample practice time. You will learn the history of Reiki, hand positions for your own self-care, and how to work with others and receive the Reiki attunements. You will leave class fully empowered to do Reiki on yourself and share informally with family, friends, and pets.

You will leave class fully empowered to do Reiki on yourself and share informally with family, friends, and pets.

- The basic theories and procedures of how to work with energy.
- Explanation of the energy centers called Chakras.
- Reiki I Attunement.
- Learn hand placement positions for self-care.
- Discussion on ways to integrate Reiki.
- Discuss the benefits of Reiki.
- Receive a Reiki manual with hand-outs on hand positions and the Reiki principles as part of your tuition.

REIKI II: SECOND DEGREE
Duration: Half-Day Intensive (4-6 hour class) plus three weekly classes (1-2 hours each).
Prerequisite: Reiki I (previous training with another Teacher is accepted.)

Reiki II: The Second Degree level of Reiki Training is when you want to learn more and heal on the mental and emotional levels. This class is a mixture of lectures, demonstrations, and ample hands-on practice time. During this class, you will learn three ancient, powerful symbols. You will be capable of providing distance non-touch Reiki to others. These sacred symbols are the keys to why Reiki is the path that can lead to inner peace for the practitioner and accelerated healing for the client or loved ones. You will receive the Reiki II attunement, which is a quantum leap in healing abilities. You will leave class with increased capability and expanded awareness for yourself and others.
This class will provide:

- Learn ways to provide a session when unable to physically touch the person.
- Discussion on integration and benefits of Reiki II into your daily life.

REIKI MASTER SERIES
Tuition: $1,800 ($300 due at the beginning of each month or $75 per class.)
Duration: Weekly two-hour classes for six months (may adjust or extend as needed)
Prerequisite: Reiki I and II (previous training with another Teacher is accepted.)

This is an individual six-month journey with weekly meetings to deepen your Reiki training and create a thriving Reiki practice. It is only open to those who have successfully completed Reiki I and Reiki II.
Duration: Weekly two-hour classes for six months (may adjust or extend as needed)
Prerequisite: Reiki I and II (previous training with another Teacher is accepted.)
